About

From 'Are We Building the Product Right?' to 'Are We Building the Right Product?'

I started my career as an engineer, which meant my job was mostly about execution: does the code work, does the system scale, does the feature ship on time. Good questions. Necessary questions. But somewhere along the way, I kept finding myself more curious about a different one: should we be building this at all?

That's what pulled me toward product and strategy, and eventually toward my MBA at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. I'm not leaving engineering behind so much as bringing it with me. I still think in systems, still want to know how something actually works under the hood, but now I use that instinct to ask sharper questions about the right problem to solve, not just the cleanest way to solve it.

In practice, that means I'm most useful in the space between product, strategy, and technology, translating a messy, ambiguous business problem into something specific enough to build, and then making sure what gets built actually reaches the people who need it.

Experience

Where I've made an impact

  1. Forge AI logo

    Forge AI, Seattle, WA

    Jul 2026 – Sep 2026

MBA Product Management & Strategy Intern

Led end-to-end customer onboarding and go-to-market strategy for Forge, an AI-native financial compliance platform for federally and state-funded organizations.

Partnering directly with the founders, I defined the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through primary research, designed product workflows that reduced customer time-to-value by 40%, and deployed an AI-driven acquisition campaign to capture high-potential leads.

  2. Microsoft logo

    Microsoft, Redmond, WA

    Jan 2026 – Mar 2026

    MBA Consultant

Developed a market entry and positioning strategy for Microsoft's Public Sector Utilities segment, identifying and sizing a $1.5B growth opportunity in municipal grid modernization.

By mapping cybersecurity pain points across key executive personas, I built a strategic enablement playbook that was adopted by U.S. and U.K. leadership to strengthen competitive positioning.

  3. Fractal Analytics logo

    Fractal Analytics, Gurugram, Haryana, India

India's first AI-Analytics unicorn delivering strategic, data-driven solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

    1. Product Quality Owner

      Apr 2024 – Jul 2025

Directed the product quality and release strategy across three proprietary GenAI SaaS platforms from launch through scale.

Bridging the gap between engineering and product strategy, I built and mentored an 8-person team, implemented risk-based planning frameworks to prevent costly late-stage rework, and redesigned agile workflows to accelerate our release cadence by 60%.

    2. Quality Assurance Engineer

      Oct 2022 – Mar 2024

Owned reliability and automated testing for GenAI products ahead of enterprise deployment.

Working from the engineering side of quality, I traced output errors to algorithmic flaws, improving accuracy by 18% and supporting a $75K renewal uplift.

I also introduced Jenkins and CodeceptJS so automated checks ran with every release instead of delaying deployments, cutting the overall testing cycle by 50%.

    3. Imagineer (Graduate Leadership Development Program)

      Sep 2021 – Sep 2022

Selected for Fractal's highly competitive rotational leadership program, I developed my foundation in product strategy through direct, client-facing ownership.

I translated over 100 customer pain points into actionable requirements for a flagship business-experimentation platform.

By designing user-centric workflows, I mitigated rollout risks, helped secure $1.5M in enterprise ARR, and lifted product NPS from 66 to 72, ultimately earning top 1% cohort recognition.

Built a go-to-market playbook and companion briefing deck for Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector team, mapping how U.S. utilities make technology decisions — ownership structures, regulatory pressures, and the buyer personas behind every deal. The goal: help Microsoft sellers walk into utility conversations already speaking the industry's language.

Full deliverable is confidential under an NDA with Microsoft — happy to walk through the approach in person.
